@ATT absolutely floored right now that we have been trying to set up your internet services since the 19th. The technician never showed on Friday and today they went to our old house even though we’ve given them our new address 300 times. Wtf!!!

@ATT and @DIRECTV need to get their act together. Have spent several hours on the phone and online trying to work out tv and internet and the left and right hand don’t communicate. I’m sure there are operational reasons but what a horrid user experience

@ATT If I could give AT&T Wireless 0 stars I would. The worst experience. Ive called 7 times to get the same issue fixed and each time the rep creates more of a disaster. The last straw is the rep corrected my bill and then deleted my account! Complete waste of my time.

Quite a terrible experience with @ATT today. Signed up for Internet/TV at a price. Get a confirmation email with WAY HIGHER pricing. After 4 phone calls they told me they couldn’t offer original price and I cancelled. What a waste of an afternoon.@comcast you still suck.

@ATT Internet was down for almost two weeks due to wire hanging too low on the road and hit by trucks TWICE in a month. I was told any down time will not be charged. Yet I had to chat for an hour with TWO agents only to get $15 credit out of $70 monthly charge.
