@ATT Internet was down for almost two weeks due to wire hanging too low on the road and hit by trucks TWICE in a month. I was told any down time will not be charged. Yet I had to chat for an hour with TWO agents only to get $15 credit out of $70 monthly charge.

How can a company the size of @ATTHelp not have ANY CLUE when an outage will be resolved. At the top of the hour, our internet has been down TWENTY-FOUR HOURS. And no idea if/when it be back online. No updates sent, and no info when you call them.
