@OfficiallyAlly @CoxHelp They should prorate your bill for the bullsh*t you’re dealing with. And if you’re paying that stupid $69 tech fee that should be waived. And you should get pro rated for the time they wasted while they came and couldn’t fix the issue! I have cox as well for over 10 years.

@CoxHelp I just called. I got it extended to the 13th but I mean I’m paying over $110 for just internet. We need the internet with school and WFH. It’s unfortunate that Cox is now doing shut offs in a pandemic. 😑 I didn’t need the help back in July.

@CoxHelp i just got off the phone with customer service and my speed only went up by 100mb/sthere is no reason why my internet speed should be throttled by your company EVERY SINGLE NIGHT to 10/20% of what i pay for.i have no faith in you or support to help me anymore

@CoxHelp No I’ve been having random incidents where my connection craps out. Im on a gigablast fiber connection. At first I thought it was my Google wifi routers then I replaced them with eero and it continued. Im wondering if this planned outage/upgrade may be related to fix those issues
