@VerizonSupport About 10 to 15 seconds after my Metro car leaves U Street Station, my cell phone drops LTE or 5G service. And it will stay off--I have to restart my phone or connect to my home Wi-Fi in order for it to come back on. It's really annoying!

@ripthemapart I’ve heard of this nonsense with Comcast/Verizon. You cancel services under the existing account and sign back up as a new customer…ask to transfer to retentions first to see if they can just get you the new customer pricing.

Hey @AOC do you know that a bunch of your constituents in Queens have had an internet blackout since Thursday evening with little to no help from Verizon in resolving this issue? No compensation for $$ spent on data, lost income, etc. Pretty appalling.
