Now as account owner, I can’t even access My Verizon app because I have to re-register with a brand new user id when it’s not my error! WTF @Verizon !

@VerizonSupport Maybe fix your phones I have a brand new iPhone 12 that doesn’t work off of Wi-Fi and instead of trying to fix the issue you keep telling me to update the iOS to a version I already have

Hey @AOC do you know that a bunch of your constituents in Queens have had an internet blackout since Thursday evening with little to no help from Verizon in resolving this issue? No compensation for $$ spent on data, lost income, etc. Pretty appalling.

Two out of three barely speak English till after an hour and a half you either get cut off of get fed up and hang up without getting anything resolved Worse than the DMV in Iraq
